The company was incorporated on the 12/01/93 vide Incorporation Certificate No.17-07145 of 1992-93  of even date. The Company was promoted by Mr. Rakesh Verdia, Dr. Anil Vyas, Smt. Pramila Vyas, Smt. Shyamala Verdia, Smt. Geeta Sharma, Mr. M.L. Kothari.

The Company is having Licence to Manufacture Pesticides Formulations at its Factory Situated at F-39-40,Road No.-4 RIICO Industrial Area, Gudli, Distt. Udaipur, Rajasthan vide its Licence No F-12(7) INS MFG 428 Dt. 25/7/95. since last  15 Years.

The Company is having a Good Customer base and is having  M/s. Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. and  Excel Crop Care Ltd. as its Valued Customers. The company has ISO 9001and ISI certifications.
